Heritage Open Days: Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th September 2024 This year’s Heritage Open Weekend is sure to be a good one! Events include: Moot Hall: The Council Chamber will be open for viewing on Saturday and Sunday. Heritage Open Weekend 2023 Press Release

Appleby look part in this year’s Heritage Open Day Festival, with eight unique and fabulous venues open to the public over the weekend … and what a weekend it was … with both visitors and local residents flocking into town to explore some of our wonderful historical buildings, including three private residences that would not normally be open to the public.
