The Hollies is situated on the north side of Appleby just half a mile from the station. Our dog friendly self-catering lodge is a charming cottage dating from around 1895. After extensive alterations in Spring 2015, the cottage now has a fully accessible ground floor with one double/twin ground floor bedroom full wet room with bath and separate shower. Large open plan lounge/diner. Fully equipped kitchen. Two further bedrooms upstairs (one double and one with three single beds) and a shower room. Total 7 beds. With its own patio area and sitting in 3 acres of grounds and woodland with spring and summer wild flower meadows, we provide the perfect base to explore by foot or cycle or car. Secure cycle storage. Online bookings for Holly Lodge are handled by Sykes Cottages. Prices from £325 to £800 per week. Short & mid-week breaks are also available.
